Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is the standard method for polyester sports jerseys. The dye is heat-pressed directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of the material, so the print won’t crack, peel, or fade after repeated washing and match-day sweat. This is the method we recommend for full-color designs, gradient patterns, and jerseys that need graphics running edge to edge, including sleeves and side panels.
Heat Transfer / Vinyl Printing
Heat transfer applies a cut vinyl or printed transfer layer under heat and pressure. It’s a practical choice for single-color logos, player names and numbers, and smaller orders where a full sublimation setup wouldn’t be cost-effective. It also works on cotton-blend jerseys where sublimation isn’t an option.
Screen Printing
