D-Cut Non Woven Bags
The handle is die-cut straight out of the body panel, so there is no separate handle to stitch and no handle to fail. This is the cheapest style per piece and the fastest to produce, which makes it the default for giveaways, pharmacy counters, food delivery and event welcome packs. Standard sizes are 30 x 40 cm and 35 x 45 cm, typically in 70 to 80 GSM. It has no gusset, so it carries flat items well and boxy items poorly.
W-Cut Non Woven Bags
Also called vest or box bags. The side gussets open out so the bag stands up on a counter and holds volume, and the handles are cut into the extended top panel. A 90 GSM W-cut in 35 x 45 x 10 cm is the workhorse of UAE retail: supermarkets, garment shops, electronics counters and grocery deliveries all use it.
