Yes! All quotes are completely free of charge. Printing costs depend on several factors including:

4: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Order changes or cancellations are possible, but only before production has begun. Once your order has entered the print queue, we are unable to make changes as materials and resources have already been allocated.

5: Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
Yes! We always send a digital proof for your approval before we begin printing. This allows you to review the layout, colours, text, and overall design to ensure everything is exactly as you want it.
Production begins only after you give your written approval of the proof. We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully once approved and printed, changes are not possible without additional charges.
For premium orders or specific colour-critical work, physical sample proofs can also be arranged. Contact us to discuss.
Design & Artwork
1: Do you offer graphic design services if I don't have artwork ready?
Absolutely! Our in-house graphic design team is here to help. Whether you have a rough idea, a logo, or nothing at all, we can create professional, print-ready artwork for any product.
Our design services include:

2: What file formats should I send for my print artwork?
For the best print quality, we recommend the following file specifications:
- Preferred formats: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PSD (Photoshop)
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size
- Colour mode: CMYK (not RGB) for accurate colour reproduction
- Bleed: Include a 3mm bleed on all sides for trimmed products
- Fonts: Embed all fonts or convert text to outlines/curves
If you’re unsure about file preparation, our design team can help. We also accept JPEG, PNG, and Word files, though these may require adjustments for print quality. Simply email your files and we’ll review them for you.
3: Can you match our brand colours accurately in print?
Colour accuracy is a top priority at We Five Advertising. We use professional-grade calibrated printing equipment that delivers precise, consistent colour reproduction.
For best results, please provide your artwork in CMYK colour mode. If you have Pantone (PMS) colour references, please share these and we will match as closely as possible within CMYK printing standards.
Note: There may be slight variations between screen colours (RGB) and printed colours (CMYK). This is normal and inherent to the printing process. Our team will advise you if any colour conversion adjustments are recommended.
4: Am I responsible for the copyright of the designs I submit?
Yes. By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own or have licensed the rights to all images, logos, fonts, and designs included in your files. We Five Advertising prints in good faith based on customer-provided artwork.
We are not liable for any copyright infringement related to artwork submitted by clients. If you need help sourcing licensed images or creating original artwork, our design team can assist.
Printing & Materials
1: What is the difference between digital printing and offset printing?
Digital printing is best for short runs and fast turnaround. It prints directly from a digital file, requires no plates, and is ideal for quantities from 1 to a few hundred copies. Excellent for personalised, variable-data printing.
Offset printing uses physical printing plates and produces exceptional quality with precise colour consistency. It’s more economical for large quantities (500+ copies) and is the preferred choice for professional brochures, catalogues, and packaging.

2: What paper types, materials, and finishing options do you offer?

We offer three main T-shirt printing techniques, each suited to different needs:
- Sublimation Printing – Best for all-over prints and full-colour photographic designs. Works on polyester fabrics only.
- Produces vivid, long-lasting colours that won’t crack or peel.
- Screen Printing – Ideal for bulk orders with simple, bold designs (1–6 spot colours). Very cost-effective at high quantities. Best on cotton fabrics.
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment) – Perfect for small quantities, complex multi-colour designs, and photographic prints on cotton. No minimum order required.
- DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film) – Transfer printing via film (works on all fabrics) Vibrant colors with strong durability

2: Can I provide my own T-shirts for printing, or do you supply the garments?
Both options are available! You can either:
- Supply your own garments – We will print your design on the shirts you provide. Please ensure they are suitable for the printing method you’ve chosen (e.g. polyester for sublimation).
- Source garments through us – We can supply a wide range of quality T-shirts, polos, hoodies, and workwear in various sizes and colours at competitive prices.

3: How long will the print on my T-shirt last? How should I wash it?
Our T-shirt prints are designed to be long-lasting when cared for properly. General care guidelines:
- Wash inside-out in cold or warm water (max 30°C)
- Do not use bleach or harsh detergents
- Air dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting
- Do not iron directly on the print — iron inside out or use a pressing cloth
- Do not dry clean
With proper care, high-quality sublimation and screen prints can last for 50+ washes without significant fading.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for errors in client-supplied artwork that was approved before printing (spelling mistakes, wrong colours in original files, etc.). Always review your proof carefully before giving approval.
