Custom Presentation Folder Printing in Dubai and Across the UAE
Clients start judging a proposal before they read a page of it, and the folder it arrives in is part of that first look. We Five Advertising prints custom presentation folders for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, with your logo, brand colors and the pocket layout your documents need. Orders are delivered across the UAE in 2–7 working days.
The range runs from a plain two-pocket folder for sales proposals to a multi-pocket conference pack with dividers and a business card slot. You choose the size, the material, the closure and the finish: a matte or gloss coating, a soft-touch laminate, UV spot on the logo, or an embossed or debossed mark for an engraved look. Corporate folder printing for a single tender, branded folders for an event, or a repeat order of business folders for a sales team all follow the same process, and minimum quantities are kept low enough for small runs.
We bring 15+ years of experience in promotional and corporate printing to every job. Before anything goes to press you receive a digital mockup showing logo position, pocket depth and card slot placement, and our design support can adjust the layout if your artwork needs work.

A few things that keep your order moving without back-and-forth delays:
- Artwork: vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) print sharpest; a high-resolution PNG or JPEG (300dpi at final print size) works for straightforward logos
- Color matching: give us Pantone (PMS) references where brand colors matter we’ll match to them in the digital mockup before production
- Printable sides: both sides of the lanyard can carry full-color print at no extra cost, since sublimation dyes the whole strip
- Sampling: physical samples can be produced before a bulk run; sample cost is confirmed at quote stage and is typically credited against the full order
- Delivery: dispatch timing is confirmed once artwork is approved, not from the date the order is placed approving your mockup promptly keeps the quoted turnaround accurate
Design Support: Once your order is confirmed and paid, our design team works directly with you on mockups and revisions.

Standard Pocket Folders
The workhorse of business folder printing. One or two inside pockets hold A4 sheets such as proposals, price lists and brochures, and the front, back and inside panels can all carry artwork. Sales teams, consultancies and contractors use them for repeat runs where every folder needs to look the same. This is usually the lowest price tier in the range, particularly with a matte or gloss coating.
Folders with Business Card Slots
A die-cut slot on the inside pocket holds a business card in place, so whoever presents the folder hands over contact details together with the documents. The slot position is shown on the mockup, which lets us keep it clear of the logo and text. Real estate agents, recruiters and financial advisers tend to order this style for face-to-face meetings.
Multi-Pocket and Divider Folders
For document packs that serve more than one purpose: tender submissions, conference delegate packs, onboarding kits and investor material. Dividers separate sections, and extra pockets keep the agenda apart from the brochures. The added construction puts these in the mid price tier.
Premium-Finish Folders
Board packs, VIP client folders and award-ceremony kits usually call for something people notice when they pick the folder up. Soft-touch lamination, UV spot, embossing and debossing all fall here, and they can be combined, for example a soft-touch cover with a UV spot logo. These sit in the premium tier.

Why Businesses Choose We Five Advertising
- You see it before it is printed. Every order gets a digital mockup showing artwork placement, pocket position and any card slot, with design support if your logo or layout needs adjusting. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
- Six finishes to choose from. Matte, gloss, soft-touch, UV spot, embossed and debossed. We will tell you if a finish does not suit your artwork, for instance soft-touch on a dark solid color that will scuff.
- A stated delivery window. 2–7 working days from artwork approval, with the longer end applying to larger quantities and finishes that need a die, such as embossing. The same window applies to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
- Control over the build, with low minimums. Size, pockets, dividers, card slots and closures are all selectable, and minimum order quantities are low enough that a single tender or proposal run is workable alongside larger conference volumes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How much does custom presentation folder printing cost in Dubai?
The price depends on the folder size, material, quantity, number of pockets and finish. Matte or gloss coating is the budget-to-mid option, soft-touch and UV spot sit in the middle to premium range, and embossing or debossing is the premium tier. Larger quantities lower the cost per folder. Send us your brief and we will quote it against your exact specification.
Q2: What is the minimum order quantity for printed folders?
Our minimums are low enough to cover a single proposal or tender pack, and the exact figure depends on the folder style and finish. We confirm it in your quote so you know before you commit.
Q3: How long does folder printing take, and do you offer same-day service?
Standard orders are delivered in 2–7 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity, finish and delivery location. We do not promise same-day delivery on custom folders because the mockup approval, printing and finishing steps take longer than that. If you have a tight deadline, tell us the date when you request the quote and we will say honestly whether it can be met.
Q4: Can I add a business card slot, dividers or extra pockets?
Yes. Business card slots, dividers, and one or more inside pockets can all be added, and the mockup shows exactly where each one sits before production starts.
Q5: What is the difference between embossed, debossed and engraved folders?
Embossing presses your logo up from the surface, and debossing presses it down into the card. When people search for engraved folders, the debossed finish is usually what they mean, since it gives a cut-in look without actually cutting into the material.
Q6: What artwork do I need to order folders with my logo?
A vector file of your logo (AI, EPS or print-ready PDF) is ideal, along with your brand colors. If you do not have one, send what you have and our design support will tell you whether it can be used or needs redrawing before we make the mockup.
Q7: Do you offer folder printing near me, or do you only deliver to Dubai?
We deliver to your office, venue or exhibition stand, so you do not need to visit a print shop. Delivery covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the other emirates, with one to two extra working days for Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.
Q8: Can I see what my folder will look like before it is printed?
Yes. Every order gets a digital mockup showing your logo, colors, pocket layout and any card slot. You can ask for changes, and production starts only after you approve it. If you want to check a particular finish first, ask us when you request your quote.
