- Send logos as vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) rather than JPEG or PNG where possible.
- If only a raster file is available, provide a minimum of 300 DPI at final print size.
- Convert fonts to outlines before sending, especially for uncommon or branded typefaces.
- Confirm the exact spelling of names and titles in writing — engraved crystal cannot be edited once cut.
